  3. SpecificationInclude rating, model, material, colour, standard, brand or acceptable equivalent.
  4. Delivery locationState the town, site or collection preference.
  5. Required dateInclude the procurement deadline or desired delivery date.
  6. Commercial documentSay whether you need a formal quotation, pro-forma invoice or other document.
  7. Special conditionsInclude warranty, certification, branding, packaging or inspection requirements.
Before sending

For technical items, attach a specification sheet, model number, photo or sample description if available. For uniforms, provide size breakdowns and branding instructions.
